Feeling a little tentative about taking the leap to hire a Marketing Firm? We want you to be comfortable with your decision. Plus, we like to get to know our clients as much as possible before beginning any campaign or project.
The following are four different ways you can sample one of our services at no charge. (The only requirement is that you tell us where you learned about our samples. It's part of our own market research.)
SWOT Analysis Call us marketing geeks, but we think SWOT sessions (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) are fun. These workshops can include your top management, your sales team, or whoever you think has insight into your organization. Sessions typically run 2-4 hours in length and are lively, energetic meetings where surprising information inevitably surfaces. You could call it strategic aerobics. (Coffee and chocolate help keep things going.)
Following the session, please give us a minimum of five working days to assemble the content and provide a report of our recommendations — relevant to your marketing strategy. You'll get an idea of how willing we are to roll up our sleeves and learn about you — and you'll get a glimpse of our creative thought processes. We'll both learn quite a bit.
Marketing Plan Assessment Because we have worked with such a variety of businesses and industries in our 20-plus years (including but not limited to healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and professional services) we have extensive experience in multi-media approaches. Plus, Right Angle is well known for our business-to-business acumen; we've created some extremely cost-effective campaigns in the B2B world.
We can review your current marketing plan and assess its effectiveness and make recommendations for revising or tweaking it. Our approach will be to take big picture view of your marketing, your media choices, and your creative direction. It's the first step in tackling your marketing strategy and it's a great way to get to know each other. Don't worry, we'll make it enjoyable.
Social Media Seminar Social media is certainly the hot topic in marketing these days and depending upon your age or demographic, opinions about it can vary. Some people express fears over Facebook, others want to try guerilla tactics with Google analytics. But the odds are that many in your organization are just a bit confused.
Our social media seminar helps clarify the differences in online media, the terminology, and the applications. Most importantly, though, our seminar explains the unique messaging that is required in this virtual electronic world where words matter. And, yes, Virginia, you can be creative online.
This workshop is one-hour in length and includes multiple hand-outs and live online walk-throughs.
Surveying Your Key Customers Most businesses don't do enough surveying of their customers. Questionnaires and suggestion boxes have their place, but nothing beats the confidential one-on-one interview.
At Right Angle we're skilled at tactfully asking relevant questions of your customers or clients in a conversational way. We encourage people to open up and tell us how they really feel — as only a third party can do. It's a safe way to learn of problems (this is the stuff you don't want to read about in an online review!) and it is a comfortable way for customers to really brag about you (they'll be even more effusive about you to someone else).
Provide us with the contact information on ten of your key customers or clients. Together we'll discuss the types of information that will be valuable to your marketing strategy and agree upon the questions to be asked. Please allow two weeks for completion of the interviews and five additional days for preparation of our report and recommendations.
